Cogvivo ("we") is the controller for the personal data collected via this website. Contact: info@cogvivo.com. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number CoC NUMBER, established at ADDRESS.
02What data we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for the waitlist.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and device type), insofar as our hosting processes it.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and do not ask for health data.
03Purpose and legal basis
We use your email address solely to inform you about the launch of Cogvivo and related updates. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give on sign-up and can withdraw at any time.
04How long we keep data
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, and delete it thereafter without undue delay.
05Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and the waitlist (such as our hosting provider and our email service EMAIL SERVICE NAME), acting as processors under a data processing agreement. Some of these parties may process data outside the EU; in that case we ensure appropriate safeguards in line with the GDPR.
06Cookies
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies of its own. We only use local storage in your browser to remember your language choice; this is technically necessary and contains no personal data.
07Your rights
- Right of access, rectification and erasure of your data.
- Right to withdraw consent and unsubscribe.
- Right to data portability and restriction of processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
